We had Dallas Glass and Mirror replace two damaged window panes in our home and very happy with everything from the service to the price. While nobody else was willing to quote us over the phone, without them having to come out and charging us a trip charge, Dallas Glasss and Mirror were open to sending us a quote after we sent them a picture and they sent someone out for measurements next day. They kept us informed on lead times and were on time every visit. Very happy to have done business with them and will continue to use them for our glass needs!

They were able to provide us with a pretty accurate quote from a picture we sent, and then they came out promptly to measure and order the glass. Stephen installed a custom frameless glass panel for our shower. He was very helpful in determining what would work best for our situation; other installers insisted they would do whatever we wanted but did not offer suggestions based on their experience and expertise. Stephen was very conscientious of the aesthetics of our shower and chose matching hardware that complemented that.
